How does the repair process work?

If you’d like to have a saddle or leather accessory repaired, you can start by submitting a request through our repair form.

Once we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation email shortly.

You can then either send the item to us by mail or drop it off in person at our location in Kempen.

We’ll provide you with the cost and estimated processing time either on-site or via a quote by email.
