I have heard that you should always order the EquiSoft girth shorter/longer than a regular girth. Is this true?

We cannot give a general answer about the correct length of the EquiSoft girth, but as a rule the normal girth length fits. In order for the EquiSoft girth to fit optimally, it should sit about one to two hand widths above the horse's elbow.
